Club organisation
The club has a committee (elected each year) to organise and helprun events. In October, positions are thrown open to the club forelection - some positions being the subject of competition, others theresult of cajoling and persuasion!
Many members on the current committee are fairly new to the club andrely on the support and advice of previous committee members to gettheir jobs done.
Following the change of name of the club (from Celica Car Club tothe Toyota Car Club Australia (Qld.)) there's been a gradual changingof the guard as committee members who steered the change throughstepped back to take life a little easier.
