Costs

At the December 2009 Special General Meeting (held on 13 December, 209, which also incorporated the first Committee meeting of the 2009-10 Committee), it was unanimously agreed that memberships would be simplified and changed as discussed at the 2009 AGM (held on 3 November 2009).
  • New members and Renewals - $20/year 
  • Dating Certificates (issued to members seeking Concessional Registration) - $20/vehicle

Membership lasts 12 months regardless of when you pay! 

You can pay by cheque, moneyorder, cash or even direct-deposit.

Benefits of membership 

Membership entitles you to entry in all club competitions, discounts from sponsors and access to the member-only section on the club forum.

All money raised by the club only goes into running club activities (including the yearly presentation dinner) and the day-to-day running of the club (no-one gets a salary). Fully-paid club members can be elected to the committee and all club members are encouraged to participate and organise club activities.

Membership cards are being organized.

note: Club members needing CAMS licenses will have to join a CAMS affiliated club like the IWMAC, NDSCC, BSCC or HSCCQ or another CAMS affiliated club in Queensland. The Marque club which used to provide umbrella membership of a CAMS affiliated club is no longer operating.
